Florence by Mills


Florence by Mills is a clean, cruelty-free beauty and skincare brand founded by actress Millie Bobby Brown. Known for its vibrant and playful aesthetic, the brand caters primarily to Gen Z consumers who value dermatologist-approved products that are fun and approachable. This project involved a full redesign and development of their Shopify Plus website, strategically launched ahead of their Black Friday Sale. The redesign was built to improve mobile usability, accommodate an expanding product catalog, and strengthen the brand’s connection with its audience.

The new site was designed with scalability in mind, featuring flexible navigation, modular layouts, and engaging visual content that works seamlessly across all screen sizes. Strategic placements of branded photography, video integration, and personalized founder content helped highlight Millie Bobby Brown’s role while maintaining a smooth eCommerce experience. By improving product discovery, optimizing product pages for cross-sells and sets, and creating an adaptable framework for future launches, the redesign positioned Florence by Mills for ongoing growth in the competitive beauty market.
